Pop and Hiss Pop and Hiss is a Pacific Grove record shop, bar and patio/beer garden, which regularly offers live danceable music as well as cool DJs rounding out the best local vibe.TJ's bands play on 2 Thursdays a month and always provide fun music for our flavor of swing. Carmel Highlands Inn The space is a hotel lobby with a large wooden floor, and on Friday nights 6-9, TJ Kuenster, a talented and accomplished pianist, enjoys playing for dancers! The first hour is mellower to accompany the sunset vibe, but then he picks up the pace with a wide variety of tempos and plenty of swingin' tunes.
MiDiCi MiDiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Company is down the street from Cibo and offers jazz duos and trios on Thursdays 6-9 and Sundays 5-8, often playing swingable tunes throughout their sets. They have a small smooth cement floor and there is no cover charge.
Sly's Refueling Station Sly McFlys is a night club located on Cannery Row hosting live music 6 nights a week. Music usually starts at 8:30 and although the music typically is not swing music, you can often swing to it. The dance floor is of decent size and there is no cover charge.
ASI on Tuesday nights There is a free dance lesson from 6-7. The Moon Glow Jazz Band plays fun & swingable music from 7-8. Refreshments are provided by Chef Michael.
